With silver at about $20/ounce, Congress could/should/ must (a) repeal the Federal Reserve Act and abolish the FED, (b) relegalize sound money, pursuant to the U.S. Constitution Article I, Section 8 Clause 5 and Section 10 Clause 1, and (c) declare a moratorium on the Fed's IOU-currency by repricing all commodity markets using a divisional factor of 20 on a predesignated date whereby all banks would be required to exchange Fed-IOU currency for Constitutional money, comprised of gold and silver.
Implementing this proposal would allow U.S. Treasury coins to circulate as legal tender at face value ($1 silver dollar/ounce) while ensuring that American money remains highly inflation-resistant , if not inflation-proof!
Constructive criticism on this proposal is welcome and encouraged; otherwise, you are invited to demand a return of AMERICAN gold and silver money to the AMERICANS, pursuant to Article 1 Section 8 Clause 5 and Article 1 Section 10 Clause 1. When writing your Congressman and both Senators today with encouragement for them to take action, please demand that they rise in support of three of Ron Paul's sponsored legislation:
-
H.J. Res. 23 Constitutional Amendment (referred to the House Committee on Foreign Affairs on 1/4/2007) - Abolishes personal income, estate, and gift taxes and prohibiting the United States Government from engaging in business in competition with its citizens.
-
H.R. 2755 Federal Reserve Abolition Act (referred to the House Committee on Financial Services on 6/15/2007) - Abolishes the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and each Federal reserve bank, repealing the Federal Reserve Act.
-
H.R. 2756 Honest Money Act (referred to the House Committee on Financial Services on 6/15/2007) - Repeals the law stating: (1) U.S. coins and currency are legal tender for all debts, public charges, taxes and dues; and (2) foreign gold or silver coins are not legal tender for debts.
If We the People do this and clamp the tight Constitutional shackles on our elected officials and pull down on those proverbial chains, our combined action will be heard loud and clear on Capital (Corporate-whore) Hill and those liberties that past and present Americans of these united States sacrificed their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor to preserve/protect/ and defend shall slowly yet eventually be restored...but only when the people clamp those Constitutional shackles and pull down those chains.
Godspeed and God bless,
Kevin
Major Development in CIA / HPD Case - Monday, July 14, 2008
Major Development in CIA / HPD Case
Do you rember a few months back, when a CIA agent got shot dead in cold blood in the back by Houston Police Department? The rabbit hole has just gotten deeper.
Well, apparenly, he had information linking the US and Isreali Governments in action to start a middle east war. Roland Barnaby's wife is now trying to preserve evidence, so her family won't be shamed by some outrageous cover-up
The FBI apparently told HPD to stand down after confirming his identity. HPD did not, and they shot him in the back, then left him on the ground for 15 minutes while he bled to death.
It is also known that Carnaby, fearful of a U.S. war with Iran, wanted to leave the CIA. He was reportedly very nervous, behavior described by a friend as "skittish," during the week before his death. WMR has also learned from a reliable source that Carnaby had information that he was trying to get to Washington the morning that he was killed. The Houston police impounded Carnaby's laptop computer, which contained details on a CIA non-official cover (NOC) network tasked with protecting U.S. and foreign ports from terrorist attacks and the smuggling of weapons of mass destruction (WMDs).
